  •  But the roots of F1 are far earlier, tracing to the pioneering road races in France in the 1890s

Formula One F1 is the highest class of single seater auto racing sanctioned by Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA)

 

It’s a non-profit association

20 June 1904 = represent the interests of motoring organizations and motor car users, to the general public this body is more known as the governing body for many auto racing events.


Formula 1 is regarded as one of the three major sports events in the world together with the soccer world cup and the Olympic games.

The number of viewers of coverage broadcasted in more than 200 countries and regions all over the world is estimated about 3 billions

 

The F1 consists of series of races known as Grands Prix, which are held on purpose built circuits

 

To date we have 19 formula one grand prix in a year starting from March and ending in November across all these destinations.

 

Fans travel around the world to follow their favorite drivers and car brands in the race.
